Harvesters
This manual greens harvester borrows technology from the big band saw harvesters. It uses a scalloped knife blade to cleanly slice the leaves. A cloth basket which is sized to hold 2.5kg follows to collect them. Dense plantings are required so the greens will support each other while being cut. A single operator can cut the entire width of the bed at once. Some skill, practice, and exertion are required to use it effectively.
