Bred by Tozer for the Northern European climate. Consistent performance in trials has proven this variety to be very popular. Up to four weeks earlier into harvest than American hybrids. Fruits average 800 gm to 1 kg with a very high level of marketable fruits and a heavy total yield.

A larger fruited variety bred by Tozer for the Northen European climate. Hercules produces fruits weighing an average 1.2kg. These larger fruits are well suited for the catering market. The plant habit is compact compared to US Varieties.
Bred by Tozer Butternut Squash Hornet has very neat uniform fruits which form close to the centre of the plant allowing for ease of harvest. Fruits have an average weight of 800g and a very good skin finish. Internal seed cavity is small allowing more flesh than other varieties. Hornet has a compact plant habit when compared to US varieties.
This open pollinated variety produces very early 1 kg fruits on a vigorous vine with good colour and a small seed cavity. Ideal variety for plant sales.
Produces a good yield of uniform fruit in the 1 - 1.5 kg size range. Medium maturity.
Large fruited processing type averaging 2.5 - 3 kg per fruit. Large vigorous plants. Relatively late maturing.
