White Stem Pak Choi Seeds

A white stemmed hybrid dwarf type with typical short, sturdy white leaf stalks and dark green slightly savoyed leaves. Plant height 12-14 cms. Mild and crunchy flavour. Slower bolting than other white varieties.

An open pollinated white stemmed Pak Choi. Broad and relatively short with contrasting green leaves. Suitable for baby leaf. Full head production is possible in the summer months..

A white stemmed type. Our most compact variety only 10cm tall (Bonsai Pak Choi !) Considered to be the best eating Pak Choi. Sow seed from late summer into autumn for mature plants.
