Fizz is a unique speciality brassica bred by Tozer Seeds. The eye catching leaves are fine and sharply lobed giving plenty of texture, ideal for bagged produce. It can be eaten raw as a baby leaf or grown on to produce a stir fry/microwave product. The plant is fast growing with a good erect habit for ease of harvest.
