Similar to ordinary cress, compact growth, dark green dissected leaves and slightly more pungent than ordinary cress. Reasonably hardy.
Also known as Landcress. Very similar to watercress. Produces a rosette of dark green glossy rounded leaves. Really hot and spicy - used in salads and garnishes. Long standing and slow to bolt.
A large leaved variety of watercress, bred for profesional production. Best grown in running water but can also be grown conventionally. Foliage is lobed with crisp texture and a peppery taste.
Bright green, frilly edged leaves with a blistered surface and upright growth. Quick growing and resists bolting for much longer than other varieties.
