Boltardy
Standard variety with good resistance to bolting. Suitable for early sowing. Produces round roots with good colour.
Boston
Renowned Tozer Boltardy selection, smooth skinned, round roots with excellent internal colour. Slow bolting so can be used for an early crop.
Detroit 2 Supreme
Main crop variety with refined globe shaped roots, dark red flesh, good internal colour with no zoning. Not bolt resistant so should not be sown early.
Golden Detroit
Round orange roots which turn deep yellow when cooked. Golden Detroit does not bleed like red beets. Not bolt resistant so should not be sown early.
Kestrel F1
Early round roots with excellent smooth skin and internal colour. Fair bolting tolerance.
