All Greens Mix
A combination of baby leaf for salad or stir fry use consisting of Mizuna, Komatsuna, Tatsoi, Red Giant Mustard and Red Russian Kale.
Braising Mix
A different combination of baby leaf - more for stir fry. As with the other mixes sow every 2 weeks for a continuous supply. This mix includes Red Russian Kale, Southern Giant Mustard, Red Giant Mustard, Hon Tsai Tai, Komatsuna and Spring Raab.
Hot Oriental Mix
Our hottest and most attractive mix comprising of Pak Choi Cantong White, Mizuna Kyoto, Mustard Red Giant, Mustard Golden Streaks, and Skyrocket. An exceptional mix of flavours, colours and leaf shapes.
Spicy Greens Mix
Sometimes called Mesculin or Spring mix. A combination of baby salad or stir fry leaves ready mixed and consisting of Salad Rocket, Red Giant Mustard, Green Wave Mustard and Mizuna.
