A rosette type Pak Choi used for both baby leaf and whole head production. It has dark green, thick spoon shaped leaves and short light green leaf stalks. Tatsoi is cold tolerant.
A rosette type Pak Choi, in appearance a savoy leaved Tatsoi with thick, dark glossy leaves. It is suitable for baby leaf and full leaf production, slightly more upright in habit than Tatsoi Tah Tsai.
