Also known as Chop Suey Greens or Shungiku. There are generally two types of this edible leaved chrysanthemum. The broad or large leaf and the small leaf type. It is a very popular vegetable in the far east and can be used in salads, soups and stir fry. They have a distinct tangy flavour and is purported to be rich in vitamins and minerals.
A smooth, broad 'Oakleaf' type with a milder flavour and more prostrate habit than the small leaf type. Ready to harvest in approx 55 days
Dark green serrated leaves for year round production. It can be harvested in approx 40 days from sowing. Cut when approx 14cm high.
